CMJ “It’s been an exciting project as it’s the first time the Chapman stick has been central to my work. I am very lucky really because the stick provides a community through its players. Giovanni Cognoli (Luxembourg) appears on one of the tracks ‘Ready to Stay’. He introduced me to the Stick . Claudia Crucioli (UK) added vocals and lyrics on ‘Love and Nature’, and Dino Pulcini (Italy) added drums and percussion on this track too, as well as making a contribution to ‘Heading South’. It’s a truly international group of people that I have been working with. All three are Italian, although two of them live in other countries (Luxembourg and the UK). Working over distance has become a normality and I feel that all of the contributions are very strong. “
